Our team

Charlie joined us in 2024 having completed his apprenticeship at the Colchester Institute, obtaining a BTEC Level 3 certificate in Motor Vehicle Technology

Luke joined our team in 2025 having previously been an MG Master Technician. He is Level 4 EV trained.

Ian started in 2023 as our Reception Manager following 15 years in car sales at Chelmsford Volkswagen

Luke started with VWAuditec in 2018 and has a vast knowledge of Volkswagen Group vehicles. He is a Qualified Audi Service Technician, having completed his extensive training at the Audi UK facilities in Milton Keynes

Martyn is a Service Advisor and has 8 years experience with VWAuditec. He is very knowledgable on all technicial aspests of Volkswagen Group vehicles 

Julia is our accountant at Chelmsford and also works at our sister Mercedes branch in Braintree (Waterhouse Cars)

Matt has been working on Volkswagen vehicles for over 22 years, having joined many of us who worked at Chelmsford Volkswagen (Nigel Grogan/Lind/Inchcape) together 

George started as an apprentice with Volkswagen when he was 16 years old and 18 years later is still enjoying his roll as a highly experienced and qualified technician 

Mark is a highly experienced Technician, joining us in 2019, having spent 15 years with a BMW main dealer

Craig is a Master Technician, the highest level of qualification available from the factory. He had been working on Volkswagen cars and commercial vehicles in main dealers for 20 years before joining VWAuditec in 2018. He is trained to Level 4 for EV (Electric Vehicles), the industry standard required to be able to change HV (High Voltage) batteries and other essential components 

Matt has over 20 years Audi and Volkswagen experience and is qualified to the highest Master level status. Matt is full trained to level 4 for hybrid and full EV vehicles for Service and Repairs. He is also a R8 and RS certified specialist 

Simone is our accountant at Bishop's Stortford

Mark has over 32 years of Volkswagen Group main dealer experience and heads up our reception team at Bishop's Stortford

Nigel has 28 years of Volkswagen Group experience as a Service and General Manager

Jamie is a certified Master Technician, the highest achievable qualification in the motor trade. He is also Level 4 EV (Electric Vehicle) trained, allowing him to replace HV (High Voltage) batteries. He has been with the Volkswagen group for 25 years

Julian has 30 years of Volkswagen and Audi experience having worked at Nigel Grogans (which later became Lind and then Inchcape) Volkswagen Chelmsford. He is a qualified Volkswagen Technician
