What do you do during a service?

During a routine Minor Service we check and adjust all lights and levels and tyre pressures, change the engine oil and filter (excluding EV) and carry out a full inspection of your brakes, steering and suspension. We then update your service book (if applicable). For Audi and Skoda vehicles from late 2012 onwards and SEAT, Cupra and Volkswagen vehicles from later 2016 onwards, we update the online digital records directly with the manufacturer and print a certificate of confirmation. 

For a Major Service we carry out the same procedures as a Minor Service but also change the spark plugs and air filter on petrol vehicles and the fuel and air filter on diesel vehicles.
